HYPOGLYCEMIA AND ITS TURMOIL
Hypoglycemia is a low level disease of modern Western style living. Even doctors disagree on the symptoms involved and on some occasions people have been sent home from hospital without a full understanding of what disease they were suffering. So, if you wish to get to the bottom of your problems and improve your health you will have to do a fair amount of research and investigating yourself.
You will need to monitor and record your emotions, your hunger pangs and your light-headedness as these occur. For a lot of people this is just too much effort and consequently they never get to the root cause of their problems.
Clearly, a major clue to understanding hypoglycemia is the food we eat. What we had 24 and 48 hours ago for a meal or a snack affects our body, its reactions and mood swings.
Sometimes the disease goes away, but more often than not, because people are none the wiser, they continue with the same eating and behaviour patterns and ignore the warning signs of hypoglycemia. These gradually worsen, until the first signs of many serious illnesses show up.
And then its off to the doctors or worse still, a high speed ambulance trip to the hospital, where if it’s a stroke that has developed , drugs or even surgery and a long recuperation period at extreme expense are involved.
Leaving your symptoms to their own devices is like ignoring the red warning oil light of your motor vehicle. The motor vehicle won’t break down instantly as many vehicles are able to travel thousands of miles without sufficient oil, but eventually something serious occurs.
Just as you need a mechanic to help you diagnose problems, you need someone to give you advice and encouragement on your journey to better understanding hypoglycemia.
My free report and e-book give greater detail of just what is involved in hypoglycemia.
